There is no physical shipment of the packages / hotel booking confirmation. An invoice is generated through emails and sent across. The system directly will send all the information required.

The personal details collected are used only to communicate the status of the orders and for any promotional mails sent out by us. We will never sell your details to any third party. Please be rest assured. Check our Privacy Policy 
Returns & Replacements
We stand by each and every service we provide. We have made an effort to give you exact information and details for making an informed choice. If for any reason you are not happy with our services and find a difference in what we are delivering and what we promised, we will refund your money. We trust you and hence we would not ask any counter questions to support our side. If you like a refund of your money, just let us know and we will process your refund in 3 working days. 
Place the order online and wait for confirmation from our side before making the deposit. Once deposit is made, send a mail to info@unwindoutdoor.com for order confirmation
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Terms of Payments are 
50% at the booking of the order
50% 15 days prior to the departure date 
Security Deposit at the time of handover of the self drive vehicle ( If applicable )
Viewing Orders
You can login to My Account and view the status of the order and take any action related to the order. 
Updating Account Information
Login to My Account  and update your account related information
